Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at mbirrigation.co.uk. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our returns policy operates in strict accordance with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
⏱️ 1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Statutory Period)
Under UK law, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the physical goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right: You must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via our Contact Us page or via email at content@mbirrigation.co.uk before the 14-day period expires.
🛡️ 2. Our Extended 30-Day Return Policy
To give our customers extra peace of mind, we extend the return window. You can return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date (the buy date) under the following strict conditions:
- Condition: Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. The original packaging must be undamaged and in a clean condition fit for resale (“return to the shelf”).
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt from MB Irrigation is required under all circumstances. Without it, we cannot offer a refund or store credit.
Measured & Cut-to-Size Products: Any product that has been measured and/or cut to size specifically for your order (such as custom lengths of pipes, hoses, or cables) cannot be returned for a refund or store credit under any circumstances, unless the item is verified as faulty or defective.
🔧 3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your goods are faulty, damaged, or do not match the description provided at the time of purchase, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply:
- Within 30 days of delivery: You are entitled to an immediate full refund.
- Return Shipping Costs: If an item is faulty or incorrect upon delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a collection.
*Note: The requirement for items to be “unopened and unused” does not apply to inherent manufacturer defects.

📋 Instructions: Please MB IRRIGATION – RETURNS & COMPLAINTS FORM. Fill it out completely and place it inside your parcel along with the items you are returning.

💰 Return Shipping Costs:
- For standard returns (change of mind, incorrect size ordered), you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We highly recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
💳 5. Refunds Processing Timeframe
Processing: Valid refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Payment Method: Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
