Thank you for shopping with MB Irrigation. Please find our shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and key terms for online orders below. All prices listed are inclusive of VAT.

Standard Delivery

  • Cost: £3.90 (inc. VAT)
  • Coverage: UK Mainland only.
  • Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched the same day when placed by 9am, Monday to Friday. Please note that dispatch times may be extended during peak seasons. Orders are processed chronologically as quickly as possible. However, dispatch times are dependent on product availability both in our own warehouse and at our suppliers’ warehouses.
  • Timeframe: Delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch. Please note that this estimated timeframe refers strictly to the courier transit time from the moment of dispatch to delivery. It does not represent the total order processing time.

Bulky & Heavy Items (Pipes & Valve Boxes)

  • Cost: £17.40 (inc. VAT)
  • Applies to: Oversized, heavy, or bulky products, including piping and valve boxes.
  • Exclusion: Please note that bulky items are strictly excluded from our free delivery threshold.

Order Tracking & Couriers

  • Our Couriers: We dispatch orders using a variety of couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, InPost, and DX, depending on current availability.
  • Notification: Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Updates: You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress directly via the respective courier’s website.

Free Delivery Offer

  • Threshold: Free standard delivery applies to orders over £50 (inc. VAT).
  • Exclusions: Applies to standard packages only; bulky items are excluded.
  • Location: Available only within designated UK areas.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Online Orders: These specific rates and timeframes apply solely to orders placed and paid for via our website.
  • Remote Locations: Delivery times may take slightly longer for remote or less accessible destinations.
  • Delays: Adverse weather conditions may occasionally impact and extend estimated delivery times.
  • DAMAGE/MISSING GOODS: Any damages or discrepancies must be notified in writing within 3 DAYS of delivery. Our terms and conditions of sale apply.
