- scale plot diagram with dimensions and marked buildings, sidewalks and green places (grass), flower beds (thuja, shrubs, etc.);
- indication on the diagram of the water source (water supply / deep well);
- giving the water flow from the intake (measure the time of filling the bucket, e.g. 10l).
- water pressure parameter [bar];
- optionally, placing a place on the plot diagram for a box with solenoid valves (if there is no indication, it will be placed at your discretion);
- driver selection: internal / external, (if there is no choice, put internal).

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By purchasing this design service or paying the design fee, the Client automatically agrees to and accepts these MB Irrigation Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Design Service
2.1. The service consists of creating a bespoke irrigation system design based on the data and specifications provided by the Client.
2.2. The initial design fee includes the original concept and up to 3 rounds of modifications at the Client’s request.
2.3. Any further modifications exceeding this limit will be subject to an additional fee, quoted individually.

3. Project Cost Refund (Cashback)
3.1. Clients are eligible for a full refund of the design fee upon purchasing the system components from our store.
3.2. To qualify for the refund, the Client must purchase the complete kit as specified in the materials list provided with the final design.
3.3. A “complete kit” is defined as all essential components required to install and start the system (including, but not limited to, controllers, solenoid valves, sprinklers, pipes, and fittings) as per the design.

4. Exceptions and Stock Availability
4.1. We aim to maintain full stock levels; however, an exception to clause 3.2 applies if a specific product included in the design is out of stock at the time of purchase.

5. Accuracy of Data and Liability
5.1. The Client is solely responsible for providing accurate measurements of the land, garden boundaries, and correct water source parameters (including pressure and flow rate).
5.2. MB Irrigation accepts no liability for the performance or suitability of the design if it is based on incorrect or imprecise data provided by the Client.
5.3. MB Irrigation accepts no responsibility for the correct operation or functionality of the system if the installation has been carried out by the Client or a third-party contractor. Proper system performance is contingent upon professional installation according to the design specifications.

6. Process and Redemption
6.1. Once the final design is approved, the Client will receive a commercial quote for the full set of components.
6.2. The refund is typically applied as a discount on the final invoice for the materials or via a method agreed upon with our customer service team.
