Return policy

What can be returned?

All products (with the exception of any product measured and or cut to size) can be returned for a full refund or store credit. A proof of purchase receipt from MB Irrigation is required in all circumstances. If a proof of purchase receipt cannot be produced, we cannot offer a refund or store credit. Products for return must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. The original product packaging must be undamaged and fit for return to the shelf.

When do items need to be returned by?

Products must be returned within 30 days of the date on the buy.

Returns Processing

Refunds on valid returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the items and will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card or PayPal). If you have not received a refund after this time period, please contact the courier who shipped your return to ensure it has been delivered.

If your return has been delivered and you have still not received a refund after 14 days, please obtain a delivery confirmation from the courier and let us know via our Contact Us page where our Customer Service team will be more than happy to advise on the status of your returned items.
